By downloading, installing, or using the ScoopAI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ScoopAI. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App
• Impersonate other users or create fake accounts

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or health regimen. AI analysis results are estimates and may not be 100% accurate.

When using trainer-member connection features:

• Trainers are responsible for the appropriateness of their guidance
• Members consent to sharing nutrition data with their connected trainer
• ScoopAI is not responsible for the quality of trainer advice
• Members can disconnect from a trainer at any time

ScoopAI may offer premium features through a subscription ("PRO"), billed through Google Play or the App Store.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds follow the platform's (Google Play / App Store) refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

All content within ScoopAI — including design, logos, AI models, and code — is owned by ScoopAI Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant ScoopAI a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoopAI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through app settings or by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
